We think that The Mattapoisett Flagpole is the very finest residential flagpole out there. Period. It is handmade in Mattapoisett. Each 5-foot long pole takes one week to make. It's turned by hand to shape the wood first, achieving that generous "belly" that distinguishes it from just the average flagpole. Once shaped and sanded, four clear coats of high quality varnish are applied over a four day period. Each flagpole "kit" comes with custom-made stainless hardware and a 3' x 5' American flag. All made in the USA. Please note that you can select from different wood species and/or finishes for your custom flagpole consisting of MAHOGANY, ASH, WHITE, or TEAK. Screws not included.
