Straw yellow with light greenish reflections. Delicate, but persistent aroma of fruit and flowers, that makes it particularly elegant. Dry with a gripping acidity and a pleasant mineral flavor. This gavi is excellent as an aperitif, perfect with starters, fish and shellfish dishes.
